Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• You receive the wrong product
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the product.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
